Being murdered, or unlawfully killed, does not automatically elevate the deceased to sainthood. At least, not in a sane and moral society.
George Floyd was lynched?!?
I thought he died of a drug overdose.
Or maybe a heart attack.
There’s an outside chance that he was suffocated by a police officer, but I doubt Keith Ellison can prove that in a court of law.
At first you might think that this is one of those cases where the tweet is overly provocative and the article is more reasonable. But no, the article is if anything worse.
For example it doesn’t say that Floyd was lynched; but that he was crucified. This is stated repeatedly. This is because by the magazine’s description Officer Chauvin intentionally caused as much harm as he could to Floyd, resulting in Floyd suffering as much as Jesus did on the cross.
The parallels drawn to Jesus are constant. For example, Floyd’s “I’m through” is said to be the same as Jesus’s “It is finished”.
I have no doubt that BLM is literally demonic. Articles like this are part of a black sabbath.
I can see a comparison between the Minneapolis police and the Roman soldiers who mocked Jesus. I doubt I’d agree with it, but at least I can see the analogy. Comparing George Floyd’s death to Christ’s self-sacrifice on Calvary in obedience to the Father’s will borders on blasphemy.
The Jesuit order should have stayed abolished.
Wow. Words fail me.
Being murdered, or unlawfully killed, does not automatically elevate the deceased to sainthood. At least, not in a sane and moral society.
It’s a reasonable inference the man died of an overdose of fentanyl. One thing that gets you about clergy who insist on yammering about current events is that every last one of them is a mindless meme-recycler.
Another reason, in case I needed one, to despise the Society of Jesus.
“I doubt Keith Ellison can prove this in a Court if Law”. Ellison (a corrupt radical Muslin ELECTED by the people of Minnesota) being allowed in an actual court of law, other than as a defendant, is an unfunny joke. Jurors can sometimes become lynch mobs under color of law. Will the actual evidence presented in Court matter? Unfortunately, I doubt it.
He died of COVID, just like the 100,000 others who died of COVID while presenting temporary symptoms like motorcycle wrecks, drug overdoses, heart attacks, strokes, gunshot wounds and suicide.

And yesterday was St. Ignatius’s feast day. I wish Don Iñigo were here to kick out the charlatans who have corrupted his order…….
