Really enjoyed Wilson, the tech sheep dog. Those border collies are supposed to be the most intelligent breed. Rather appropriate for us Virginians considering that on Friday the VA State Commissioner of Health announced that Phase One would last 2 years. Then Sunday Richmond Times Dispatch ran a front page story per the governor’s office stating it will not take two years; the commissioner really meant possible 2 years for a vaccine (I guess there were a lot of death threats and they had to come up with an excuse, “he misspoke” .
However to start Phase One the governor did not announce a start date only that there has to be 14 days without a new case and deaths.
