Klavan and the Manhattan Institute – ya gotta love him.

Is the expolding logo, and the title of the institute, an allusion to the Manhattan Project of 1945 I wonder?

Sadly, because the development of nuclear energy started out with a bang (to defeat the Axis powers), it has since remained tainted in the public’s eye with the vision of a mushroom cloud.
