Sorry Don. They don’t need amnesia. When you don’t have at least a passing acquaintance with the truth, everything can be said with a straight face even if it just happened. It isn’t like they memory hole it, they just lie.
I don’t think the presence of a sin should take away the truth of a sentiment. That’s actually a rather progressive tactic. Jefferson owned slaves. Therefore all that ‘men are created equal’ garbage was just BS. Remember that newspaper D-Day editorial cartoon back in 2022. Celebrating an army of white supremacists storming the beaches to fight an army of white supremacists. The Left has made big strides with that mentality, that the sin negates the truth or the virtue. I don’t think we should help them out.
