Kept on hold and forced to work through endless automated answering systems without ever speaking with a sentient lifeform even if you manage to connect with a voice claiming to be human with an accent reminicent of Delhi and then auto disconnected after more than a hour with a cheery automated voice suggesting you call back later.
It should be pointed out that this was a clay tablet, meaning symbols were pressed into it. No way it took 10 hours.
Unrelated note: this tablet was written front, back, and one edge. Reminds me of some of the old letters our forefathers wrote, using no margins and all available space.
