Salve! Friends, Catholics, Visitors!
I have taken the time to finally clear up many dead links on The American Catholic’s venerable blog roll. Almost one-third of the blog links were either dead, took too long to load, or showed an antiquated website that tells me that the venture has been abandoned. I also eliminated some categories, combined several others, and created one or two new categories. In summary, about a quarter of the categories have been elmininated. I have also added many new Catholic blog links. I also did my best to make sure that blogs don’t appear in more than one category, but sometimes I can’t help myself.
The Catholic blogosphere, or St. Blogs, is alive and well. Rumors of their death are greatly exagerated. The newest individual Catholic bloggers now use substack instead of blogger or WordPress. But the Catholic blogosphere is doing well, with The American Catholic right up there with them.
So, if you haven’t visited our spiffy and updated blog roll, please take a gander! If there are any dead links, just place a comment below. If there are Catholic blogs that you like that aren’t represented, again please, place a comment below.
Enjoy!
Thanks!
Are you the person the ask about changing the home page so that the number of comments made to a post is visible? That was the situation before the recent change to the home page.
George,
Yes, I will fix the issue later this afternoon.
Sounds like you are following the lead of the federal government in cleaning up the electoral rolls – many dead voters. 🙂
Don,
LOL.
I know some of you, maybe many of you, click on the links. So I want to ensure when you click on them, you all land on a functioning blog or website.
Thanks Tito!
Thank you Mr. Edwards!
