I’m not sure who Miles Smith IV is, but he seems to be confused. MMA is nothing like gladiatorial combat. I gather from his tweet that for some reason Smith objects to Republicans holding a UFC meet on the White House lawn. This is still America, so of course he’s entitled to his opinion, however dumb.
I recall that every June democrats running the Biden administration hosted drag performers and celebrating “Pride Month” on that same White House lawn. Perhaps Miles Smith IV could explain why democrats hosting drag performers on the White House lawn is just fine, but if republicans host a UFC meet there that’s somehow inappropriate?
A classic case of “if it weren’t for double standards, some would have no standards at all.”

Clinton: I imagine Miles Smith IV would agree with me that hosting surgically-enhanced transvestite strippers dancing topless on the White House lawn is completely a Democrat thing to do … Unlike Miles, however, moral people don’t think that’s a good thing.

The guy *is* part of Hillsdale College and so must have some good qualities, but it’s likely a very mixed bag. His statements seem very word salady.
