The murdered victim hidden in a closet or basement may be rescued by proper authorities without the use of a search warrant. The free will, intellect and sovereign personhood of the immortal soul gifted by “their Creator and the victim’s human dignity demand that every victim must be rescued by proper authorities. The murderer has no right to any person, dead or alive. Should the murderer choose to sue the state that has rescued the dead person, he has given the state the evidence to hang him…and hang he must, millstones are expensive.
Growing up in 1950s, immature girls were called “jail bait”. Two years in Federal Prison, automatic, for messing with a maiden before emancipation.
