“Complete cretins”. Um, given the etymology of “cretin” we might actually be better off if they did consecrate a few instead of whatever we have now. Perhaps replace “cretins” with “Cretans”, as in “all Cretans are liars”.
Pope Francis made capital punishment inadmissible. For Popes and priests capital punishment is inadmissible.
For the priesthood of the laity, one or more of whom have been murdered, the sovereign personhood and human dignity of the victim(s) requires restitution and retribution. The victims slain are God’s children.
As a member of the state, the murderer brings himself to Justice and is executed through his own power of attorney Human dignity and equal Justice for all.
