No, Threats of Murder Are Not Covered by the First Amendment
- Donald R. McClarey
Donald R. McClarey
Cradle Catholic. Active in the pro-life movement since 1973. Father of three, one in Heaven, and happily married for 43 years. Small town lawyer and amateur historian. Former president of the board of directors of the local crisis pregnancy center for a decade.

We are privileged to be hated and threatened.
Jesus himself said that we would be if we follow him. So be it. Bring it on.
The big one is forgiving them while we are being persecuted for the Faith. We can’t do it alone.
We MUST ask Jesus to do it, bare it and help us carry our Cross after him.
It won’t work otherwise.
***Father. Forgive them for they know not what they do.***
A 1,000 years from now we will still be rejoicing with our Lord. For many however, they will be cursing the darkness for they had many chances to come to the light, but they chose hell instead.
“I know my redeemer lives.”
Shame on the Social Media platforms for not regulating comments which incite violence. Suspend the accounts of these people. No account, no platform. They can talk to themselves in the mirror. Tik Tok, Meta and co. need to be held to account. They seem to be the only winners in this.
And there are those who are about to find out the consequences of defamation
TikTok was created to house a massive CCP psyop. Many of those “influencers” are probably getting paid to disrupt and destroy. As Charlie used to say, “Prove me wrong.”
Hell no Philip:
I was threaten by atheists. I went behind the house by the garbage cans and cried. Many times. Wrote under a nom-deplume, several.
It is not a “privilege”. It is hell. and you cannot kill me twice.
I have in my many years seen divine Justice, some people call it Karma. It is a long book…but true and I know that My Redeemer Liveth.
Jesus, Mary and Joseph save souls.
and maybe our bishops will start saving souls…maybe.

Ten thousand thumbs up.
Our First Amendment reads: “the right of the people peaceably to assemble” “Peaceably” would exclude threats of murder, inciting murder and/or riot, bearing false witness, perjury, assault and battery and the rest of the broken Ten Commandments.
Me? I have an appointment in hell. Murder me and get me there sooner. I have some souls to make crunchier.
Blessed be God in His angels and in His saints.
I feel that I have been privileged to run in such a once in a life time race, Mary De Voe.
My parents, my grandparents, my known and unknown benefactors. They have given their everything to give me the possibility to run, and not just blindly run for it’s own sake, but to look upon the horrific as well as the jubilant moments in life as a privilege.
Without it I would refuse to suffer with hope.
I would wallow in self pity and despair.
With it my sufferings are combined to Christs in the hope of contributing to God’s plan for souls.
He doesn’t need me or anyone else, however He allows it, a sharing in the crucification and in His resurrection by our willingness to conform or will to His. Our crucification then is not hollow, but hallowed, thus meaningful and having run the race well, meritorious. If we are to die with Him then we shall be raised with him
That my sister is a privilege.
Philip:
Dying with Jesus and rising with Jesus is a privilege. Jesus descended into hell before He rose from the dead.
The First Things magazine founded by Richard John Neuhaus has an excellent article on Christ’s descent into hell. It has been many years ago but it still must be in the archives by a woman named Pitstick, who proved Balthasar rather incorrect. Her proof lay in the fact that where one Person of the Trinity is the other two Persons of the Trinity are with Him, called circumcession. (See: AI knows very little but Google has it) Like in the Blessed Sacrament of the altar. The Real Presence is real with Jesus Christ and His Father and the Holy Spirit.
I will go where ever God sends me. and those who refuse God’s forgiveness and my forgiveness will be turned into crunchier snacks for the demons at their banquet.
My brother was murdered at the age of 29. There is only forgiveness. I forgive, I forgive, I forgive and now….crunchier, good and crunchier.
BTW. A woman came back from Fatima and paid Salvador Dali $2,000 to paint a picture of hell. It took two years for Dali to paint the picture, then Dali became Catholic
The picture of hell is kept at the Blue Army Shrine in Washington, N.J.
God be blessed.
Mary De Voe.
My prayers this morning include you and your brother. More healing and eternal light.
I will research your offerings. Thank you.
God be forever your companion and friend. Me too. It’s been many a year here on TAC and I’ve enjoyed your thoughts and your heart.

God bless you Philip and thank you for your kindness.
First Things has a cookie Jar I do not understand. Alyssa Lyra Pitstick’s book: Christ’s Descent into Hell 2016 is on Amazon for only a couple of dollars.
Salvador Dali’s painting of Hell had Blessed Mary there in Hell. It is a picture I cannot get out of my mind.
I am humbled by your care for me. I too am looking forward to meeting you someday in heaven, all of TAC
Again, God bless and keep you
Mary
I’ve been pondering the commission work for the Blue Army and the extraordinary reversion of the famed painter.

I see the blue running from Our Lady, through and behind the tormented soul, and then reaching the lower left corner of the canvas. The eight escargot forks pulling the soul out of its shell is fascinating and troubling, a Hallmark of Dali, imo.
The finishing touches of the piece occured on his deathbed. I hope and believe that he didn’t fall through the cracks himself but was self propelled out of his shell, not needing the utensils for his grand opening, “the” exhibit par excellence.
