There are many problems with this strategy politically as the Democrats have found out, but little attention has been paid to the morality of seeking to transform nations demographically over night, and have the price paid by those on the lower rungs of nations economically. This is all being done as Leftist political parties have embraced identity politics, virulent racism under a new name, and assured their new eventual voters that the nations they are emigrating to much assimilate to them rather than them embracing with love and gratitude their new nations. This is a recipe for endless civil strife at best, and civil war at worst.
