Yep. Pope Julius II, I think this is your cue:
I will not live in the same rooms as the Borgias lived. He [Alexander VI] desecrated the Holy Church as none before. He usurped the papal power by the devil’s aid, and I forbid under the pain of excommunication anyone to speak or think of Borgia again. His name and memory must be forgotten. It must be crossed out of every document and memorial. His reign must be obliterated. All paintings made of the Borgias or for them must be covered over with black crepe. All the tombs of the Borgias must be opened and their bodies sent back to where they belong – to Spain.
Oh yes. Blot out the memory of Francis, toss onto the rubbish heap any art he commissioned, especially by the vile Rupnik. Send his body back to Argentina, a land he carefully avoided after he became Pope.
I agree 100%.
There’s value to remembering Pope Francis, just as remembering previous bad popes helped me keep the faith during his papacy.
I nominate Don as the author. I can’t think of anyone more qualified to summarize our exile in place. And Don you already have the title.
Myself, I suspect Sister Calamus. A born rebel can always be depended upon to spill the beans on high ranking villainy.
Milei won’t permit him to be buried in Argentina.
It needs to be issued in a 3 ring binder for all of the new chapters.
