I wouldn’t use the term hyperpapalist, I would use the term monopapalist whereby the Pope becomes Dictator of Christ rather than Vicar of Christ, free to change doctrine and dogma according to his whims, with the role of the faithful to say Yes Pope until he dies, and the next Pope can consign as much of his predecessor’s teaching to the round file as he wishes. This system deserves a name to distinguish it, because it certainly isn’t Catholicism as traditionally understood.
