Thought For The Day

Taught that by my Dad who was a peace loving man, but never someone to be trifled with.  Glad I grew up in a time when boys could have a knock down drag out brawl and then be back to being friends an hour later.

I think it’s something inherent in us males: every now and then, we just have to shake things out and see how everything arranges itself–call it a love of order and hierarchy. It’s nothing personal. (It’s also why true men don’t fight women–there’s no order to reassert or restore. Everybody knows women are way high above us!)
