Very True

I have always given secretaries at the Law Mines bonuses when times are good to make them feel that they have a stake in the business, and it has worked for me over four decades.  Hard work is rewarded as best as I am able.

Loyalty has to be a two way street or a business will find it hard to succeed.  The goal of a business is to make money, but Christ’s admonition to do unto others as you would have them do unto you, the Golden Rule, should ever be uppermost.  Work hard and treat everyone as you would want to be treated.

This does not guarantee success, nothing is certain in this Vale of Tears except death and taxes as Doctor Franklin said, but it does guarantee that you will not have to squint when you look at yourself in the mirror.
