Pro-lifers should definitely be pardoned immediately. What sort of path in your opinion would be good to solidify limits to the scope or penalties of the FACE act, since I’m assuming at present it would be impossible to repeal?

Yes, to the pro-lifers and Jan 6 rioters. And if decency still exists in DC, Biden would issue a blanket pardon for Trump immediately, and then the day Trump takes office he would pardon Hunter Biden.
