She has richly earned the historical obscurity that is to be her fate, but never forget about how she and her party have always waved the bloody fetus for political power.

Donald R. McClarey
Cradle Catholic. Active in the pro-life movement since 1973. Father of three, one in Heaven, and happily married for 43 years. Small town lawyer and amateur historian. Former president of the board of directors of the local crisis pregnancy center for a decade.
A barbarian in a power suit and heels. She won’t allow her conscience to register *exactly* what she is advocating. I truly think she *did* fall out of a coconut tree.
“Her downfall is glorious.” – A Milwaukee Catholic
Slaying dragons via ballots is a glorious thing.
Collectively helping to make up the heel that smashes the Serpent’s head it’s also a glorious thing.
The innocent childern are still being devoured and our battle is far from over.
I keep reading “even though she ran a flawless campaign,…”. I’ve got about a dozen problems with that statement, but the one I’ll mention here is, she campaigned on abortion and not much else and lost the Catholic vote by (I don’t trust exit polls, but) 10-15%. I think I see a strategic flaw.
Something else. We need to stop framing things around Roe v Wade. Post Roe, SCOTUS overturned ROE, whatever. It makes Roe the centerpoint. Roe was an abberation, morally and legally. We need to say “Dobbs” every chance we get. Demonstrate the respect due to precedent. If we even talk about Roe, it should be the same as Dred Scott, that bad thing that happened in the history books that finally got fixed. But we can’t talk about the end of Roe without granting it importance. It’s going to become the left’s Camelot if we allow it.
She ran the worst campaign since Dukakis in 1988 in my opinion Pinky. Her campaign raised a billion dollars and somehow managed to end twenty million in debt and with unpaid staffers.
Pinky.
She did place all her eggs in one basket. Huge flaw. This moment cooked her goose, imo;
Q: What would you have done differently in the past four years under the Biden Administration?
A: (long pause) Nothing comes to mind……
Ouch. That showed just how completely out of touch she was to her future constituents. Or maybe just how sinful she is? Sin dulls the intellect and her word salads we’re reminiscent of the Olive Garden offerings….unending salad.
That we won’t have to suffer her gobbledygook is an early national Christmas present.

I’m asked sometimes: “when will America vote for a woman president?”
This old teacher (in a profession where women outnumber men 3-1 or 4-1, and who has had and endured much female leadership) answers: “When you nominate someone who (1) made her career without the coattails of a husband or lover, (2) offers a sensible conservative program evidenced by a track record in lower office, and (3) won’t wave her finger at me from the podium.
Finger-wagging I regarded as a detestable habit of bad administrators and weak, cranky teachers, more common to women in power than men. That’s treating me as a naughty child, not a voter. Hillary and Kamala both engaged it and that put me right off.
“Her campaign raised a billion dollars and somehow managed to end twenty million in debt and with unpaid staffers”
THAT is the true face of the Democratic ticket!!!
Spend all the money and then some, fail, AND screw the worker anyway.
PS If even ONE of those staffers came to their senses, it was worth the billion. Especially since the billion came from libs 😀
“Especially since the billion came from libs”
I dunno TBO, I think a lot of that was kickbacks from government handouts (Planned Parenthood, et.al.) … You know, 10% for the Big Guy/Side Gal … So, a large percentage was probably taxpayer money laundered through recipients of Democrat largesse.
I’m thinking $20 million debt from $1 billion taken in is only a 50:1 ratio! Her administration did way worse than that in the last 4 years! They might actually have increased the national debt an amount equal to the revenue collected!
I’m actually surprised Democrats could be so fiscally conservative. Then again, she only had 100 days in which to spend it all.
Pinky, Good point about using Dobbs vice Roe vs Wade. Most pro aborts don’t seem to understand Dobbs.
