Trump should use Kennedy and his running mate as surrogates for his campaign, emphasizing that Trump’s campaign is a bi-partisan crusade to save the nation from the incompetence of the current administration. This support is well worth cabinet slots or ambassadorships.

I dunno how much of that Trump will actually pick up, given that much of RFK Jr’s support came from 1) legacy Dems attracted by the Kennedy name and 2) Never Trumpers disillusioned by Trump’s handling of the COVID pandemic. The first group will probably migrate to Kamala in the end, while the second group will probably just not vote for POTUS at all.
