Harris / Whitmere ticket?

Can you imagine the back-biting going on with those two? Cackle and the Witch.

Gonna be hard to replace Harris now.
So what fool will join her on the ticket?
Hillary is out, because she won’t stand to be second-fiddle and Harris will want to serve a full term.

We can’t actually tell if AI wrote the letter, if someone was twisting his arm or if Kamala stuck it under his nose and told him to sign the dinner order. One thing for sure is that the powers and the donors (but I repeat myself) did the messy part of the job.

More like “pushed out”. I’m sure he has secured a nice package for his family in the process.

Kamala Harris though? hmm- wonder how that will work out? If she and Trump fight it out with no covert left interferences, she will be utterly humiliated. That would be pleasant to watch a woman with a no-holds-bar advocacy for abortion be humiliated. However, if the left play dirty and cheat- well then good luck to the United States of America. You will surely need it. As will the rest of the free world.

The DNC Convention in Chicago is poised to be the dog returning to his vomit on steroids.

At this point, I tend to side with those who opine that it’s all about the down-ballot races now for the Dems. Certainly they will still cheat enormously, although there are signs of life on the Republican side, at least in a few states, such that the cheat will probably not be quite as effective as in 2020. In any event, the people with the megabucks have decided their interests are not served by a GOP landslide at both Federal and State levels (excepting the bluest of the blue areas, and there may even be inroads made there.) Kamalahaha is their sacrificial lamb who, they hope, might somehow be transformed into a viable national candidate with a full-on offensive by the state-run media, but who might stave off their losses in the black vote enough to save their Senate majority and avoid losing big in the House.

To be fair, I’ve also seen rational commentators who are convinced that Kamala will never make it past the convention, and that said convention will be a Democrat circular firing squad. A guy can dream.

The Clintons have endorsed Harris. Either Hillary’s out or they’re playing the angles. No word from the Obamas.

I wonder what will happen with Ohio. The Dems had planned to do an online approval of Biden before their convention, since the convention was after the ballot deadline. Presumably this was done under the idea that the convention vote was only a formality, but now it has to be an actual vote (unless they want to pretend that everything automatically transfers to Harris.) Do they have the convention virtually? Do they bully Republicans into voting to extend the deadline, despite the dems making their own bed?

Ezabelle: Quite correct. In addition to Hunter’s pardon, there are all the other miscreants whose activities are known and those who will be discovered after Joe leaves office needing forgiveness.

From what I read, Ohio created a special law, signed by the Governor, to allow the results of the Dem Convention to be on the ballot. This candidate change doesn’t affect that result.

I know there was a law being proposed that did that, but it did it pass? I was under the impression that it didn’t because there has been talk before this about an earlier virtual meeting to affirm the candidate. But I wouldn’t be surprised if the Republicans in Ohio caved in to save Democrats from a fate that they created themselves (referring here to scheduling the convention after the deadline.)

Ezabelle: Quite correct. There is Hunter’s pardon as well as the other miscreants, known and later subject to be found, who also need to be taken care of. In addition, it will take time to wipe all the computers, a la Hillary, to prevent embarrassing items that might contaminate the future presidential library.

This could be a great thing for the Catholic Church in this country. I feel like the orthodox members of the hierarchy have been itching for a fight about abortion, trans issues, et cetera, but didn’t want to split the Church by going after Biden. But now with Trump apparently making inroads into the Hispanic population, and Vance on the ticket, there’s a better opportunity for them.

Kamala Harris may get a lot more support than any of us suppose. Already on various social media platforms I frequent, co-workers who were either ambivalent towards politics or those whom I thought to be conservative are posting re-touched photos of Harris with statements like, “I am with her.” Frankly, I was shocked, but I shouldn’t be. Hatred of Trump runs very deep and no one wanted to support his opponent, that geriatric senile old fool Biden. But with Biden out of the way, they are all coming out full-throated in support of Harris. They can not wait till the debate between her and Trump, and they claim she will sweep the floor with him.

Her word salad is taken right off the menu’s being offered within Vatican City…ala Cardinal Fernandez tripe.

I have a feeling that her talent will be found wanting, and when she tries to grab thoughts while under pressure she’ll soon be bragging about her own conquest aginist her own Cornpop.

All of her eggs are in the abortion basket.

Rudolph, yes the Republicans in Ohio did cave. The Democrats had announced a special virtual vote for the Ohio deadline but the Ohio Legislature created the law anyway giving the Democrats until September 1.

I’m not the biggest fan of Laura Loomer, but this is the best take on Biden dropping out yet.
