The Supreme Court rules that Presidential official acts are immune, or presumptively immune when not dealing with core duties of the President, from criminal prosecution.  More after I have time to read the decision.  Big victory for Trump.  Go here to read the decision.

Good for Trump and good for Biden and for others like Obama. Can the two Trump impeachments be voided?

What boggles my mind is the howling and gnashing of teeth by the Democrats. Don’t they realize that this ruling benefits their party as well for any possibly questionable behavior by Democratic Party presidents past, present, and future?

Of course they don’t think it benefits both parties equally.

Democrats take it as the default position that they will never be called before the law no matter what they do. Therefore all penalties under the law are for republicans only by default.
