Boeing whistle blowers have a habit of ending up dead. I am sure it is merely highly unlikely coincidences.
I am sure that it is also mere coincidence that the Queen of suspicious deaths, Hillary Clinton has a long standing relationship with Boeing, which I am sure has helped create an “interesting”, yes that would be the world, corporate culture.
I guess his deeply held religious beliefs against suicide needed to be changed.

The bottom line: Boeing failed to follow established software QA, V&V, and safety analysis standards for the software and Boolean logic embedded in the integrated circuit chips (EEPROM and FPGA) within the digital instrumentation and controls equipment controlling its aircraft. While I know nothing about aircraft digital I&C, I am the author of the digital I&C software program at my employer, Neutrons ‘R Us. If you don’t do software QA right, then people will die. Period. Think about that the next time when you press the brake pedal in your car and you expect the digital electronic anti-lock braking system to work right.
