Go here to read the story.  When a military can no longer win wars, its focus will shift to other issues.

We of course should not be worrying since according to a 2004 prediction, go here to read about it, all is lost now anyway:

To win any war, a war of evil aggression, a war of climate change, drought, famine, pestilence, all wars, people must have ‘their Creator”, God on our side.
To hold people responsible for the work of God is simply unjust and evil.

They’ve been shifting to focus on awards and collateral duties/considerations since the 90s– that’s part of why they keep running low on folks who can actually do a job, because they’re too busy doing their jobs to get advanced, then they hit high tenure and have to get out.

Winning in battle is all about preparation. Observe the situation as it is and not how you “wish it to be”. The job of our military is to beat the enemy. The mission is not to create parks and pretty places. Marines break stuff and blow things up. Making the world a better place by helping our enemies meet their maker earlier than they expected. Too many idiots receive college degrees and think they really matter in the world. The best defense is to be on the offense always.

But the suburban Karens and blue-haired howler monkeys have the memory span of a greenbottle fly and comprehension capacity of its food. If you were to point all the failed predictions out to them, you’d get something somewhere in between blank stares and shrill, flailing invective.
