There are a class of people who haven’t had to deal with the transgendered, and so think that “sexual reassignment surgery” is more effective than it is. This is partially due to a long history of male to female transgendered in media being played by actual women (and usually attractive ones at that.) Early on this would be done for a joke “you just hit on a guy!”, later on it was because trans propaganda wouldn’t work very well if they used someone obviously not female in the role.
But the very nature of the trans social contagion is that it is exhibitionist. Their goal is not to be a woman, since all but the most delusional know that this is impossible. Their goal is to make YOU say that they are a woman. So necessarily they become more and more obtrusive in public, and so the number of people lacking experience with actual trannies is less and less.
