Don, she can still sue him individually, correct? That should be worth a few bucks. And since he was volunteering for the “clinic”, can she sue it?
She can sue him and perhaps his wife if she was egging him on. I see no suit against the abortion clinic.
Actually she can probably sue the clinic if she can allege any sort of nexus. It may not succeed but it would demonstrate that clinics need to visibly separate themselves from their vigilante supporters.

She could, and she could also pay the attorney’s fees of the clinic as the suit would almost certainly be without merit.
Both prosecutors and judges have too much discretion and are not held accountable at all for anything.
Note, people are responsible for these travesties. A judge is responsible and a prosecutor is responsible. Publish their names.

Meanwhile in North Baltimore this past Friday morning (5/23), two 70-year-old plus pro-life picketers outside a Planned Parenthood clinic were viciously attacked and beaten by an assailant. One of the men was tackled from behind and shoved hard to the pavement and suffered unspecified injuries.
The second prolife picketer suffered a crushing of the orbit of his right eye and has bleeding from behind the socket, according to medical personnel. This resulted when he came to the aid of the first man; the attacker knocking him to the ground also and began kicking him in the face. The attacker is probably known to the abortion clinic personnel, because he is seen talking to a PP escort shortly before his attack. Will anything be done?
