I wish the catholic Left would stop supporting abortion, arson, child rape, drag queens grooming little children, the gender jihad, looting, resisting arrest, rioting, sodomy, trans terrorism, violent crime, . . .

What follows is a cure for insomnia.

Biden’s clownish handlers have come up with something even more stupider [and illegal/unconstitutional] than their so-called student debt relief, i.e., you and I paying someone else’s loans.

Question of the day: “Is Chinese Biden’s screw job on creditworthy mortgage borrowers constitutional or legal?”

In April 2008, Loan-level pricing adjustments (LLPA) were introduced in FNMA/FHLMC mortgage lending. They exist because in 2007 and 2008, $$$ trillions of government-backed home loans defaulted and FNMA and FHLMA [shocker] realized that they were undercapitalized and over-exposed to massive default risk [it required a $200 billion taxpayer bailout and caused the Great Recession].

Loan-level pricing adjustments effectively raise prices [fees] for “riskier” borrowers without putting a penalty to “safer” ones. Similar to an auto insurance policy, a person loaded with risk will pay a higher premium – probably too deep for the typical PhD in economics.

What could go wrong?

In April 2023, Chinese Joe’s lawless handlers turned that upside down by charging higher LLPA fees to safer borrowers to subsidize riskier borrowers – social justice.

Evidently, ‘libertarian economics” are liberal buzz words for rational market activities.

Notice how he places his priorities by the order he names them. I’m shocked that guns weren’t first. What is even economic libertarianism? As in you work for pay and take the pay you earned home for your family to live. God forbid! As opposed to what? Getting the taxes of those which work to hand you money via the government handouts. Tsk tsk.

I’d be curious what this gentleman’s idea of “economic libertarianism” is and if it means that anything which questions or departs from pursuing current economic policies or expanding them is equivalent to being Ron Swanson.

But if he means it in the sense of “no government interference in the market,” then there is probably literally no one other than Ron Swanson who fits that, since I don’t think many who believe current economic policies are misguided, disproportionate, etc., also think that Sweetum’s should be in charge of the local municipality’s water supply.

1. “Economic libertarianism” is, I believe, code for something more precisely rendered as ‘resistance to proportionate expansion in public expenditure and resistance to coercive regulation to address problems other than collusion between producers, externalities, asymmetric information, and allocation of usufruct of common property resources”.

2. “Climate change denialism” means we have to implement their cack-handed regulatory and venture capital schemes, just trust us.

3. ‘Guns’ means we have to consent to our property being seized when the likes of Brandon Johnson, Merrick Garland, Alvin Bragg, and George Gascon are in charge of law enforcement in this country.

‘The death penalty’ means a horrendous injustice, in a country which manages to resolve 8,000 homicide cases a year, for 0.7% of those so convicted to be executed (after a mean of nine years of appeals).

I’m betting it means resistance to the latter day equivalent of the Obama, 2009-10 budget, to the rape of the auto industry bondholders to please the UAW, and to Department of Energy venture capital excursions like Solyndra. Oh, and resistance to things like Dodd-Frank. What good is a regulatory scheme if you can’t have Democratic Party pols issuing waivers to their pals?

According to Tony, you are “dissenting” from Catholic teaching if you don’t adhere to the dictates of the Climoscare Death Cult.

See my entry above.

“Evidently, ‘libertarian economics” are liberal buzz words for rational market activities.” And, “Is Chinese Biden’s screw job on creditworthy mortgage borrowers constitutional or legal?”

Everything, including this latest LLPA travesty is, according to VD Hansen, part of the socialists’ war against merit.

Annett has now said ‘you can’t be Catholic and support the death penalty’.

You know where the woke lived vefore 1970?

According to Annett Chinese Joe is a devout Catholic who is 100% for abortion and assures us transgender [mental illness] is the soul of America.

Before 1970, the woke largely populated insane asylums.

I’ll stop now.
