Are you a good person who wants to help the poor? You’ve come to the right place! Liberals are famous for caring for the poor better than anyone else, and they’ve pioneered 100% effective ways of helping the less fortunate in our midst. Try doing these 10 things, and together we’ll win the war on poverty in no time!
Here’s how you do it:
- Care a whole, whole, lot: The poor people will really feel your caring.
- Vote for politicians who care about the poor: Politicians who care about the poor always follow through and do something about it.
- Hate billionaires: For every billionaire you hate, 12 hungry mouths get fed. That’s basic economics.
- Vote to raise taxes on other people so they pay their fair share: It’s the least other people could do!
- Vote to raise taxes on other people a little more than last time so they pay their even fairer share: One more increase should do the trick.
- Leave your “Bernie Sanders for President” bumper sticker on your Subaru one more year: You’ll inspire hundreds.
- Hate millionaires: Yeah, come to think of it, they suck too!
- Ask the government to send more money to Ukraine: We heard they have poor people there.
- Use the poor’s preferred pronouns: A simple gesture will go a long way.
- Sing John Lennon’s “Imagine” to the homeless as you drive by: Then post your performance on TikTok to multiply the poverty-smashing power!

Our elderly neighbors’ church (non-Catholic) has a program of helping “the poor.” I do not know too much about it, but six members (possibly six couples) are helping to mentor one single mother with her three children stay off of drugs, out of harms way, and be a productive member of society. The last I heard it was going well, but think about that: somewhere between six and twelve folks to manage one young woman who sinned (excuse me, made poor life choices in drug use and reproductive activity). Our neighbor did express some concern early on that this program would be quite an exhausting undertaking and “might not work.”

I am not surprised that asking Caesar to do the work is a most popular idea, although a disastrous one.
The poor will always be with you. But tech billionaires and democrat donors will not.
The government should have given to the poor the hundred or more billion it just wasted making Silicon Valley Banks’ uninsured tech billionaires, left media ouitlets, and democrat donors whole.
It’s always other people’s money and unempirical, unquantifiable, fabricated ‘principles’ like ‘fair share.’ How do you determine and measure that?
Trump’s so called tax cuts resulted in record high tax revenues. It wasn’t enough. They increased spending by much more. We have a spending problem, not a tax revenue shortfall.
There is a charity in my dad’s hometown of Washington, Pennsylvania called City Mission. Whenever I have items to donate I go to them. They get a part of my United Way paycheck deduction. They are nondenominational, and I don’t care. They do great work for indigent and homeless people.
I’m wondering how much went to the poor of the $3 million Hallie Biden received indirectly from the CCP through Joe and Hunter Biden’s bag man.
