Someone should remove his tusk and retire him. Africa has some game preserves. He fit in just fine with the jackals. His kin folk, so to speak.
The moment that removed any doubt about this in my mind is when Jamie Raskin went on a rant about Ray Epp. In response to questions about Epp he said that Republicans should not “demonize and vilify your own people” and went on and on about how it was a losing election strategy, etc.
Notably the response did not try to say that Ray Epps did nothing wrong, because there is video of him doing worse than many (most?) of those jailed. No way to win that argument. So instead he sidesteps into a different discussion about it being a bad political strategy to attack Ray Epps.
But why would a democrat care? Their policy is to take out every prominent conservative whenever possible, and they had more than enough opportunity to take out Epps, and yet they not only didn’t but they continue to refuse to talk about anything he did. The only way this makes sense is if he was a fed and the left knows it.
When Kurt Schlichter said that every rhetorical tool in their box is a lie, he spoke the truth. Democratic politicians are mendacious – all the time and about everything.
