PopeWatch: Furhrerprinzip

When it comes to the Papacy Catholic Leftists are merely acting in accord with their sole principle and that principle is power.  If the Pope is a Leftist he must be obeyed as an absolute Pharaoh. If the Pope is not a Leftist, he is a relic of a bygone era who may be safely ignored.

Pope Francis is the Vicar of Christ
The priest says Mass in persona Christi. Jesus Christ says the Mass through the priest.
The sodomite priest, the adulterous priest, the abortionist priest and the child abusing priest, all who have not had their faculties suspended, who have self-excommunicated themselves and who say a valid Mass “in persona Christi” in the person of Christ say a valid Mass and people who assist at a valid Mass fulfill their Sunday obligation.
People who assist at an invalid Mass, a Mass that is not said “in the person of Christ” by the celebrant who has changed the words of Consecration also fulfill their Sunday obligation. The celebrant of an invalid Mass earns his time in hell.
The priest who has had his faculties suspended may baptize as anyone can baptize, forgive sins and say Mass in an extreme emergency in the danger of death. Otherwise, the priest with suspended faculties says an illicit Mass.
While it is true that priests with suspended faculties may say Mass and forgive sins in the danger of death and priests who are guilty of serious sins may say Mass; the Masses are valid. Priests who refuse to say Mass in persona Christi commit the sin of blasphemy, self excommunicate themselves and earn hell.
Bishops and others who conceal the sin of child abuse for an offender are complicit in the crime and deserve to have their faculties suspended as they have self excommunicated themselves and earn their hell.
(Look what they did to George Cardinal Pell because he found out their wickedness.)
Jean Paul Sartre, the philosopher of the last century advocated, as did Alfred Kinsey, sex between children and adults. Sartre demanded that all child abusers be released from prison as sex with children was, he said, no crime. Yet the child has no informed consent and cannot defend himself.
Now we have children who are so terrified of being abused that they want to escape by transgendering. Jean Paul Sartre: heaps of burning brimstone on your head and when you are done, you are to be forked over for more burning brimstone on your head.
The innocence of children is being consumed. The minor child’s civil rights are being violated. A generation of predators are being allowed to inculturate evil in our midst.
God’s laws and nature’s laws are being flounted to the detriment of all nations and all people. God’s creation of the innocent soul in original innocence and our legacy to all future generations of protecting a child’s innocence, civil rights and informed consent has been turned into a crime of treason against the evil empire.
Mary, conceived without original sin, pray for us, who have recourse to thee, now and unto eternity. Mary brings all honor to Jesus. Jesus presents Mary’s gift to His Father, Our Father.

Pope Francis is a man continually sawing-off the branch he’s standing on while chipping at the Trunk of the Tree. He will not prevail against the Tree, but he’s trying.

It’s incredible that so many refuse to see that or rather that their Faith is in a totalitarian man…. it gives a whole new meaning to “hiding under a rock”.
It takes real faith to step out and say “No, we have a bad Pope.”

Sorry, no. If it is an invalid Mass, there is no fulfillment of the obligation. Changing the words of consecration invalidates the Sacrament. No Sacrament, no Mass.
If it is illicit the obligation is fulfilled.

I agree with Pentin, who is a superb journalist.

Alas, here’s the problem: the pope is an absolute monarch. He is accountable to no one. There is literally nothing within the structure of Catholicism to rein in a pontiff who will not restrain himself. Ever since the Vatican I and the Code of Canon Law which embodied that council, power has vested entirely in the hands of the man who is elected by men who are are accountable only to the pontiff himself.

It’s all well and good to say that the custom, precedent and previous teaching should restrain the pontiff, But there is nothing that says he has to have the slightest regard of any of those things.

So here we are. The Spirit of Vatican II is Vatican I’s natural offspring.

SHEEPDOG, I believe you are correct, with the caveat that thinking you’ve assisted at a valid Mass and therefore not attending another (or not having another to attend) would excuse you from your Sunday obligation for the same reason that sickness or a long travel distance will excuse you. What is not possible is not required.

The thing that restrains the Pope is the same thing that restrains civil leaders: God, and the people he rules choosing to follow God rather than him, in every instance that he opposes God.

It would have been nice had Vatican 1 included something about how, why, and when the Pope is to be opposed, but that is already embedded in Scripture, Tradition, and the writing of the Saints.

Thank you SHEEPDOG
Thank you AMANDA
I did have in mind those who do not yet understand Consecration. As God said to the prophet Jonah about the City of Nineveh: “There are ten thousand inhabitants who do not know their right hand from their left hand,”
So, Jonah went out into the desert and went out of his gourd.
Well, maybe Pope Francis has not seen the writing on the wall. Pacamama can’t read of write. Is there no way to hand Pope Francis’ his head on a platter?
