Something for the weekend. Miracle of the Rosary (1960) sung by Elvis Presley. Go here for the interesting back story. Elvis led a sinful life in many ways, but throughout it he was always searching for God. My late Father in Law had a black satin print of Elvis praying at the foot of the Cross. Garish? Of course. Symbolic of the deep love that Elvis had for Jesus? Of course.

Nice conversion story of Lee Denson.
This doesn’t surprise me about Elvis. It’s a rare treat when pop culture and Faith meet- Elvis singing The Hail Mary. Wow.
There another song he covered which was a beautiful song about Gods immense creation- One Pair of Hands.

On a side, He had a pretty tragic personal life, with people in his inner circle who cared little about him as a person but rather more about how much money he was making them. I think this is a common theme for many entertainers. They are viewed as a lucrative commodity rather than a human being. The fame comes at a price.
I enjoyed the clip.
Thank you Mr. McClarey.
I imagined a plethora of entertainers singing to our Lady…in her Heavenly Garden…all directed as Honor Glory and Love for her Son.
