If there's one thing the Johnny Depp trial proved it's that in this world, you got to have a good lawyer, and @theDemocrats need a few. pic.twitter.com/qHU9a8LsrA

Language advisory as to the above video. I doubt that Maher will be heeded by the Democrats, except for his bad advice at the end where he gives vent to his Trump obsession. Trump actually underlines the good advice that Maher gives in the rest of the video about voters wanting someone who will stand up for them, and not getting lost in foolish causes of no interest to those voters. The old political maxim that you dance with those who brought you to the dance has a lot of wisdom. Trump remembered the promises he made to his voters and did his best to make good on the promises. That is politics 101 as well as morality 101. When you make a promise do your best to deliver. This is not rocket science, but it is amazing how many politicians never grasp this.
Binary homo sapiens descended from other binary species going back at least a billion years, (Almighty God intervened with Adam and Eve as human beings.)
So what changed to make us non binary?
(The Fall), sexuality became unhinged with contraceptives, all kinds of perversion reigned and stupid people were given an amplification in social media.
We are witnessing something I would guess, admittedly without deep analysis, is unprecedented in human history: a significant percentage of purportedly intelligent adults in the world live in a state of make-believe concerning fundamental and existential issues, nearly all of the time. What’s more, they and their fellow travelers have managed to gain control of the levers of power in some of the largest and/or most economically significant nations in the world. Can this be stopped short of all-out shooting war? Before last Friday I would have held that to be unlikely, but perhaps there is still hope. We shall keep praying.
I couldn’t help but laugh when Maher says “be my lawyer, not one for the migrant who just showed up in my backyard” and there’s just this long pause where you can tell the audience is struggling to figure out if they should clap or condemn that statement.
I would call it nervous applause Nate. Leftists are always so concerned to stay in step
He’s an idiot. Yeah he makes some witty remarks. But he just doesn’t like the fact that people are starting to see the left as the disingenuous lot they are. Because he is one of them. If they were winning people over through their divisiveness then he wouldn’t be moaning. He doesn’t like the fact that the side he is on isn’t conning everyone. Plus he comes across as godless and full of his own hype. Much prefer Tucker Carlsons commentary and logic.
