Stand for Nothing

End up as nothing.  Go here to read the article.  Always searching for the middle when there is no middle to search for.  Roberts is an object lesson that integrity and honesty ultimately matter more than anything else when it comes to wielding power.  In the end, no one on the Court trusted him, other than to embrace what he viewed as expediency, his tin plated personal god.

Chief Justice Roberts dissented on 3 flimsy, unsupportable grounds…
— he admits that RvW was based no nothing more than “ground the abortion right in a woman’s “right to choose.”, which is not Constitutional.
— “The Court’s decision to overrule Roe and Casey is a serious jolt to the legal system” which ignores the morality, legality and Constitutionality of RvW.
— “and leave for another day whether to reject any right to an abortion at all”. Roberts wants to put off the basic decision about the right to ban abortion to “another day”.
Roberts is a clandestine pro-abortion Catholic.

How do you sell most of your soul? It seems as though Roberts has pulled it off. Not surprisingly, no one else went along. When it comes to soul selling, both the sellers and buyers are usually all or nothing.

I’m always amazed at the disingenuous pro-death politicians and their ilk.

The term reproductive rights for all.
All?
All except the unborn child. For his or her reproductive rights don’t count.
They are the abuse victim in this insanely violent culture of “reproductive rights.”

For a Chief Justice who claims to be a Catholic in good standing, I look no further than today’s 2nd reading from Paul to the Galatians. Freedom is so beautifully explained.

The slavery of “reproductive rights,” is crumbling before the eyes of America. Wordsmiths be damned.

Catholic’s CAN NOT TOLERATE the lies any longer.

We have been given some breathing room by Almighty God, as witnessed by Friday’s declaration.
Now we must..must, keep the pressure on for the livelihood of the innocents. I just ordered cards and fliers explaining the hideous nature of Michigan’s Reproductive Rights for All referendum.

Silent Catholics in 1972-73 did nothing but help usher in the slaughter of 62 million plus children.

Catholics!

The momentum is on the side for Life but forces of hate are gathering to turn Michigan into California and New York.

Please keep the pressure on.

I’ll send a link for Michigan TAC subscribers in a moment.

St. Paul, pray for U.S.

Reading II Gal 5:1, 13-18
Brothers and sisters:
For freedom Christ set us free;
so stand firm and do not submit again to the yoke of slavery.

For you were called for freedom, brothers and sisters.
But do not use this freedom
as an opportunity for the flesh;
rather, serve one another through love.
For the whole law is fulfilled in one statement,
namely, You shall love your neighbor as yourself.
But if you go on biting and devouring one another,
beware that you are not consumed by one another.

I say, then: live by the Spirit
and you will certainly not gratify the desire of the flesh.
For the flesh has desires against the Spirit,
and the Spirit against the flesh;
these are opposed to each other,
so that you may not do what you want.
But if you are guided by the Spirit, you are not under the law.

Is Chief Justice Roberts related to The Dread Pirate Roberts [movie: ‘Princess Bride]?

Philip, they have full reproductive rights. It’s only after they’ve exercised their “choice” (those rights) to have a baby (by their freely chosen behavior) that they seek to do something entirely different–and that is to slaughter another innocent human being, merely because it involuntarily leased space in their womb. But, there’s rape, they say? Rape is evil because it is the horrific violent abuse of an innocent person…exactly what they demand to do to the baby.

As we say in the South, the only things in the middle of the road are yellow stripes and dead skunks. Pretty much applies to quite a few things in life.

Thank you Don L.
It’s a religion for them, I believe, the notion of freedom without the framework of morality. I pray that you and Christians alike, will help these individuals come to grasp the importance of Truth as a tangible person, the Christ that was born in abject poverty and freely died on a cross so that WE, all of us, may have Life and have it to abundance.

I promise to do my part as well.

As for the southern adage referring to yeller….darn tooten! Lukewarm folks dont fair well in the end. Prayers for them as well as the feminists who are lickin their wounds and ready to burn their viewpoint through more acts of violence. Abortion is violence personified.

Alan Dershowitz has been grousing about the Dobbs decision and supported Roberts.

I heard Alan Dershowitz say recently that the US Founding Documents are flawed. Because to believe in them you have to believe in a Judaeo-Christian God as the source of our Bill of Rights and not every believes in “that” God.

Roberts epitomizes the uselessness of the Republican establishment. The fact that his house still got mobbed by the pro-aborts would be amusingly ironic if it weren’t for how psychotic those people are.

Thank God movement conservatives smacked around the Bush administration and prevented him from putting Harriet Miers (John Roberts in a dress) on the bench. Samuel Alito is one of the few good things to come out of the Dubya era.

For some years I have heard the rumors and gossip that before the decision was handed down that illegal Obamacare was “constitutional,” the deep state demons got to Roberts and either threatened him or blackmailed him, or both. To me this is proven out by the very words he writes – he convicts himself out of his own mouth with his BS [baloney sausage] blah-blah-blah-blah that any first year constitutional law student can see is absolute bollocks. Big Biden, Big Rice [i.e. Susan], and the NWO and global reset puppetmasters and mistresses own him. I hope my children learn the truth about this wimp with an AE Newman smile before they die. He is the classic example of a liar saying: “You gonna believe me, or you gonna believe your eyes?” Guy, Texas

She wasn’t. Roberts was a federal appellate judge whose time in private practice had been in a firm which assigned him to argue appeals. He had one sketchy case in his background, participation in preparing briefs for Romer v. Evans.

Miers was a working lawyer with a background quite different than Roberts’. She’d been managing partner of a BigLaw firm in Dallas. Wm. Dyer (“Beldar”) thought she would be a satisfactory addition to the Court because she was schooled in areas of law with which the rest of the judges were not familiar. Thos. Sowell was also congenial to her nomination because, he said, features of her personal life suggested she was not a social climber; Sowell’s opinion was that Anthony Kennedy was a man of weak character, and you wanted someone on the court who gave evidence of disregarding elite preferences.

To me this is proven out

It isn’t.

The usual speculation is that there was something sketchy about the adoption of his children. The younger of his children is now about 20, so I don’t think this is a threat to him at this juncture.

At Robert’s’ nomination hearings he was emphatic that he believed in a humble Court that decided cases on the narrowest grounds possible, something conservatives usually celebrate. While I disagree with his concurrence, I do not think it is fair to presume the motivation was cowardice rather than principle.
Similarly, the chronic assertions of Kennedy’s unreliability are misplaced. His jurisprudence consistently favored an excessively expansive understanding of the Bill of Rights and a modest view of federal powers. Not surprisingly his consistency annoyed both liberals and conservatives.

Our Infinite Supreme Sovereign Being, “their Creator” creates the living soul of man in original innocence, the standard of Justice for “We, the people”. “(W)ith a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence” the Holy Spirit of God, the Sanctifier. Declaration of Independence
“to secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our (Constitutional) Posterity.” All future generations. Capital in the original.
Our legacy to our Constitutional Posterity is the safeguard of their original innocence.
The atheist never bore the burden of proof that We have no “Creator”. The Court said that Madalyn Murray O’Hair “could go her own way.” Roe v. Wade never bore the burden of proof that the innocent, living soul “created, not born, equal” had no sovereign personhood.
The judges of the Court are citizens first and foremost. The Justices are citizens first. The sovereign personhood of their citizenship institutes our government.

I lost any respect I had for Roberts Mike when he found the Obamacare health insurance Mandate to be a tax. A Justice who can find that can find anything.

I think his insistence that the name of the phony whislteblower in the first Trump impeachment not be named cost me my respect for him. If I’d been the Senator in question, I’d have ignored him and said the man’s name.

The same day the Court said that Obamacare Health insurance Mandate to be a tax, the Whitehouse said that it was a penalty; a fine. The Eighth Amendment prohibits excessive fines and penalties while our Constitution provides for taxation.
“Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.”
