The Church in Nigeria is flourishing under persecution which is why some of the adherents of the Religion of Peace decide to gun down over fifty Catholics at Pentecost Mass at Saint Francis Xavier Church in the town of Owo, Nigeria. Go here to read the rest. This is part of an ongoing bloody persecution that Catholics and other Christians in Nigeria have been enduring for decades. The cold indifference to the Faith of too many Catholics in the West is shamed by the courage of our brothers and sisters in Nigeria. Aiding them and all persecuted Christians around the globe must be at the top of the foreign policy list for all Catholics. Funds should also be raised for security at Masses in Nigeria. Our enemies should be made to learn that the price of the blood of Catholics is not going to be a cheap one for them.

Bingo. It’s the same Faith whose founder wed a 9 year old.
Violent struggle has been how Islam has always operated. Yet we still attribute their religion as one of peace, putting blame on the “extremists”. Rubbish. If they are not eliminating their opposition through direct violence, they are eliminating them through natural attrition- growing their population through multiple wives and high birth rates, buying land and establishing centres of worship and exerting their presence in large numbers. Their religion tells them paradise awaits them through acts of violence against non-believers. If you Google the word Jihad, it will tell you that Jihad is about internal spiritual struggle. Baloney. Jihad is about eliminating the enemy. And it’s legitimised by their religion.
And because Christianity is experiencing its greatest growth in Africa, It is a perceived threat against Islam. It’s the same pattern in the Middle East, North Africa and South-East Asia and always has been.
Stopping Muslim immigration to western countries is a start. The other part is arming Christians in Muslim countries with the ability and resources to protect themselves.
