The Alito draft is the second leak from some one associated with the Supreme Court. The first was leaking that Justice Breyer planned to retire. It was Breyer’s announcement to make. Odds are it was the same leaker.
Mr. Sulu is concerned that if Roe vs Wade is overturned it will lead to repercussions for LBGTs. Which came first, Biden’s remarks to that effect or Mr. Sulu’s tweet? Of course the draft has nothing to do with sexual orientations.
Tactically speaking, breaking down the family formation by making it possible to brow-beat women into promiscuity (by removing “I might get pregnant” as an option to refuse) and kill off the results of that activity made it more possible to promote promiscuity, which harms family formation, which was needed in order to frame marriage as being about the emotions of the adults involved, which was needed to redefine marriage, which was needed to argue male and female are not objective labels, which was needed to enable sterilization and mutilation of young children, as well as the ability to physically assault people for disagreeing with you, or for the views they are assumed to hold based on their physical characteristics.
Depending on where he’s drawing the line of “rights” for LGBTQ+, there may be repercussions. Mostly legal ones, via enforcing laws against assault, even if the victim has been declared to have BadThink.
