I have always found the above scene quite moving. How many times during my life have I passed up the opportunity to do good. As we say at Mass: for what I have done and for what I have failed to do. When I stand before God for my particular judgment I will be ashamed of some of the things that I have done, but I suspect I will be far more ashamed for what I have failed to do. Each day seize the opportunity to do good. It doesn’t have to be acts on a grand scale. It can be as simple as being polite when you are weary and wish to rest, but seize it!

While I certainly concur with the sentiment of this post, the new Mass / Novus Ordo changed the Confiteor prayer, said by the Priest in the original and Traditional Latin Mass (TLM).
English translation:
I confess to almighty God, to the blessed Mary ever Virgin, blessed Michael the Archangel, blessed John the Baptist, the holy Apostles Peter and Paul, to all the Saints, and to you, brothers, that I have sinned exceedingly in thought, word, and deed, Here he strikes his breast thrice. through my fault, through my fault, through my most grievous fault. Therefore I beseech the blessed Mary, ever Virgin, blessed Michael the Archangel, blessed John the Baptist, the holy Apostles Peter and Paul, all the Saints, and you, brothers, to pray to the Lord our God for me.
S. May almighty God be merciful to thee, and forgiving thy sins, bring thee to everlasting life.
