Boy. Not all are dirty prosecutors but when they are, it’s a culture.

According to a posting by Jack Posobiec a day or two ago, the Mayor of Kenosha, the District Attorney, and one of the detectives who “investigated” this case are all blood relatives. If that’s true, a couple of things start looking less like incompetence and more like malfeasance, starting with the Mayor’s alleged stand-down order to the Kenosha PD during the riot, not to mention the filing of these charges. I mean, we knew it was a show trial already, but this would add another nice banana republic flavor to the stew, it seems to me.

The plot thickens. Defendant Rittenhouse is testifying. It can work in a self-defense case if he doesn’t have an attitude that might antagonize the jury but should he? Is this necessary?!

I have never regretted not putting a defendant on the stand.
