MELBOURNE—As Australia continues to brutally enforce a total lockdown on their own citizens, the increasingly desperate population has reached out to the Taliban and begged them to come and liberate their country.
“If only those brave mujahadin fighters could ride in on their American tanks and Humvees, armed with American weapons, and liberate us all,” said local woman Charlotte Menda. “I mean, they aren’t perfect, but at least people can go shopping and walk their dog under Taliban rule. Anything would be better than this, right?”
According to sources in the country, Australians have been suffering under creeping totalitarian rule for years, and COVID only intensified the brutality and cruelty of the regime in the last year. In spite of this, the suffering of Australia has received little attention on the international stage.
“Australia has a proud tradition of being a prison colony,” said Prime Minister Scott Morrison while eating gourmet seafood in a deserted restaurant. “I’m proud to be returning our country back to her roots.”
Australians then chose a representative to fly to Kabul and ask the Taliban army to overthrow their tyrannical government and usher in an age of slightly less tyranny.

And make no mistake, there are many inside and outside of the Puppetmasters’ Administration who look with longing at the tyranny unleashed on the people of Australia and New Zealand. The day the puppeteers believe they can get away with it will be the day such measures begin to be imposed or re-imposed throughout the US. (See, e.g., Portland, where the insane mayor has issued a “mask at all times, inside and out” order, which one hopes will be widely ignored.) The big red states may be spared at first, but their large cities will become lockdown wastelands patrolled by masked, armed Antifa thugs, whom the police will largely ignore. Portland and Seattle and Minneapolis are their models.
It is the task of the freedom loving people here, such as remain after generations of leftist public school indoctrination, to see that the would-be American tyrants never believe they can get away with it. The example thus far of the people of Austin, TX, many of whom have finally begun seeking to undo the damage done by the leftist fools they previously elected, is an encouraging one. What’s depressing is that a number of state govenments in Australia, like that in Quebec, are run by the (posing) starboard party. It’s hard to find an occidental country where ordinary people aren’t compelled to vote for a with-friends-like-you party to avoid even worse abuses from the administrative states.

Exactly, Art. And right on cue, here comes the equally idiotic J.B. Pritzker, whom I believe Don has correctly dubbed “the world’s dumbest billionaire”, with a statewide indoor “mask mandate” for everyone in Illinois 2 years of age and older, regardless of vax status. I will not, as a matter of principle, link to any Chicago newspaper, but the Sun-Times apparently has a big story on it, per Wirepoints. No doubt the spineless Illinois bishops (which obviously does not include Paprocki in Springfield) will reinstate the mandate for Mass attendance as fast as they possibly can, rather than stand up for the faithful and for real science, with the dispensation from attendance also likely to return. I hope they do grant dispensations, because as stated here before, I will NOT put on one of those filthy bacteria traps again, for anyone. If asked to put one on I intend to decline politely, stating that wearing one endangers my health, which has the advantage of being true. If the pastor asks me to leave, I will do so, and if that puts me in a state of serious sin, then so be it. I’ll be back in civilized Texas by the end of September anyway, God willing, where I will take the matter to the confessional along with my other usual baggage.

They are yet to experience the lockdowns the rest of the nation has….oh but her day will come! By the way- the State of Queensland is dirt broke! And yet it’s capital Brisbane, just won the rights to host the 2032 Olympic Games…watch her and her successor grovel to the Federal government for $$$ when she realises she can’t pay for the sporting facilities.
