@Nate Winchester, I’d be running footage of this and Saigon for the next fifty years. The Democrats voted to ruin both locations; and if I recall my timelines correctly, Biden was a junior member of the Senate and voted to abandon Vietnam back then as well. I do know he voted to oppose the use of troops to assist in the evacuation of pro-US citizens in Vietnam.
