Black lives matter only when the politics serve the Left, which is why the few unarmed blacks killed in encounters with law enforcement, usually about twenty in a given year, are hyped while the 8,000-9,000 blacks murdered by other blacks each year, mostly in urban violence, are ignored.

Interestingly Massachusetts has very strict gun laws and because of that almost everyone here who gets license, gets a class-A license to carry. That way you’re safe from prosecution if you happen to pick up something at a gun range for a friend. In other words the strict laws force everyone to get an LTC.
