Another of the substitute religions being promulgated by the Left. A political movement that will force people to pretend that men are women and women are men, and subject people who fail to join in this madness to criminal and civil sanctions, is an ideology that has no concept of freedom.
The public health trade is not the only occupational segment that is self-discredited of late. The mental health trade is as well (though the older generation which includes Paul McHugh is not). We’re learning that there are five digit swaths of people with extensive education who are either self-consciously lying to us or are the purveyors of systematized nonsense.
They ought to name this, the “Your Lying Eyes Act.”

My long-running question is which is more flagrant the cowardice, the dishonesty or the stupidity?

Transgenderism is a cult. I do not say this as mere rhetoric: people wrapped up in the ideology operate like a cult does.
For example: -cutting off people from their friends and relatives for “not understanding” and “thinking incorrectly”
-Repeated use of “us vs. them” or “fair game” rhetoric, where anything that happens to someone outside the group is justified (ex. if a man who claims to be a woman beats up an actual woman much smaller them himself, it’s okay because she was a “TERF”)
-Encouragement of discussion of cult activity in all aspects of life, making conflicts more likely (“these are my pronouns”, obsession over “passing” even after gushing about being transgendered, etc.)
-Guilt-free living within the cult, while trashing all aspects of life before the cult (“you can’t criticize me for all my old problems since those were from the male version of me, who’s dead now.”)
and so on.
I always thought transgender people have an exhibitionist-disorder. Attention-seekers. And if they want to behave like a group cult all luck to them. As long as they don’t force their ideas on others (which is what they are doing). I think that’s only fair since this is what the secular world has been saying to Christians for donkey years to silence us.

They are not and cannot accomplish that. In all of these controversies, there’s a bureaucratic microbe who usually isn’t named. It’s those people who are the enforcers. This doesn’t stop until institutional boards start acting as proper fiduciaries and start canning these characters or until there are enough successful lawsuits that the G-C’s office can break through to superordinate executives.
