Of course the Sycophantic Media did its worst to convince the people that his lifeless effort was the greatest speech since Demosthenes delivered his last Phillipic. As the Soviets used to say, there is no Truth in Pravda and there is no News in Izvestia. Some needed truth in a day when it was sparse:

Kamala Harris comes across as nervous. It’s that forced nervous smile which says “what have I gotten myself into?” I think it dawned on her a week ago.
Biden looks like he is going through the motions.
Just a personal observation.
He was barely past the formalities when he started playing the race card. At that point I heard enough and turned it off.
Best quote from the speech: “It’s hard sometimes to remember.”
Pravda is the Russian word for truth, and Izvestia is the Russian word for news. The joke was that in the publication Pravda (Truth) there was no news, and in Izvestia (News) there was no truth.
