As long as they follow reasonable rules (like masking and distance) I hope they can push back on unreasonable rules.

Exercise, healthy eating (maybe a Cal-Mag-Zinc-D3 supplement for good measure), and hand washing are. The obese should make every effort to loose weight so as to take pressure off their diaphram/lungs and insulin cells. I suggest the DASH diet and Noom app.

Elderly, frail people should stay out of Wal-Mart, Costco, and dive-bars (unless their grandson is playing his first gig).
