I think he’s a staff lawyer in the GC’s office, not the GC himself. Noodling around with a couple of databases, I discover just one person named Michael Beller living around Washington. That man was born on 27 October 1957. The fellow depicted doesn’t look like a young guy. Then I remember that the man in our circle most likely to post something asinine on Facebook was born in January of 1949. Young fools grow older and end up as old fools.
