We (my daughter) has two cats, Salt and Pepper, but lately 4 strays have shown up and have begun hanging out on our front porch. 2 gray tigers and 2 blacks. I think they were abandoned a few weeks ago when a family was evicted from a house around the corner. Very friendly.
We spent the last few days in Florida and got home last night. Our two cats, Squeak (classic grey tabby) and Pepper (tabby and Siamese mix) completed shunned us when we returned, but they have condescended to give us attention today on this International Cat Day. We are grateful for their highness’ love.
Disconcerting. Your cats have similar coats to our cats. Our brown tabby has longer fur and is polydactyl. Our tuxedo has a higher ratio of white to black. .
Our cats have a history of shunning us only when something happened at the vet that particularly irked them. One of them shunned the other after the other came home from a dental cleaning. That was distressing to see; took him a few days to recognize his brother.
I would be a lunatic without Lucy, who came in from the cold 4 years ago and adopted me. We go for the same walk around the neighborhood nearly every night around 2 am, when it’s safer for us….
She is very wild. Sadly I have a new neighbor who plans fences to obstruct her wandering through safe yards. He has arrived with bright lights and a monster truck. *sigh* I pray daily about this….
Obama and Biden were pretty poor presidents; but at least they had enough common sense to reject Netanyahu’s slick talk about an easy and quick overthrow of the Iranian regime. Trump was so gullible that he bought it…..

Trump should’ve concentrated on the western hemisphere and let the Arabs handle Iran … I think our ease of victory in Venezuela made him overconfident.

Four tame kittens came came out of the corn field a year ago. They have their vaccines and are neutered. Indoor /outdoor cats. I buy ping pong balls for them to play soccer . Buddy a tuxedo and my husband’s buddy, Grey Baby a marble, Blackie black with white star on chest, Gypsy a female tortoise.The mud room is where they sleep at night and afternoon naps. Then indoor only I trapped at the dump, Tiger now a very large orange male and his sister Ginger now deceased, Tory a marble calico a post office cat, lastly loner Juanita marble calico the church cat. The got a lab puppy and Juanita had to find a new home, our house. Needless to say there are many litter boxes I keep up with.
FYI, Saraya is the mom and the others are her kittens, who are now 2 1/2 years old. She showed up on our doorstep one night in January 2024 meowing like crazy. Turned out she was pregnant… She gave birth in our basement two months later
Two ranchers burned a fire break to protect their ranch from the forest fires in the north east.
Obama put them in prison for five years. In Trump’s first term President Trump pardoned the two ranchers.
Along comes Biden. Biden put the two ranchers back in prison and told them that they were going to serve their five years in prison in spite of Trump’s pardoning them.
Back to prison the ranchers went for the five years.
Now, Fauci is claiming pardon by Biden. Equal Justice for all?
The Democrats are blaming President Trump for everything. It was the Democrats who prevented the Keystone Pipeline. It was the Democrats under Biden who sold off our oil reserve, the oil reserve for the security of our nation.
All free lands and waterways belong to each and every citizen in joint and common tenancy. You own it all and I own it all and “We…” the people own it all in spite of Bill Clinton’s executive order giving all free lands and waterways to himself.
Obama’s severe prison sentence to the two ranchers of five years can only mean that Obama took it all. Some corrupt, ignorant politicians were selling our free lands and waterways to foreign nationals, who now owning a piece of American soil can enter our country at will without being vetted… until the people learned of the sales and the tar and feathers came out were the deals undone.
If the truth about Fauci comes out he needs the Fifth Amendment and Fauci knows it before hand.
