Defeating Communism

And it is interesting that Karl Marx never had a job other than as a journalist. Let that one sink in for a second.
I have a degree in philosophy. When I completed it, I looked back and marveled at how much of it was simply made up out of thin air, with no connection to reality. Marx and Hegel are prime examples. The British analytic philosophers were an improvement and contained faithful Catholics within its tradition. Postmodernism is simply evil, and a branch off of the satanic project started by Marx. I now regret not studying the scholastics. Since my kids are grown and I have the time, I’m starting that journey with Aquinas. As a young man, my ignorant impression was that they were old and irrelevant. Taking a course on Aristotle changed that. It was one of the most relevant philosophy classes I attended. I need to re-read his work since it has been decades since I did so, although I well remember much of it. I have recently discovered that there are Catholic philosophers reviving scholastic thought, and I’ve been reading some of their work as well. Satan and his minions have steered western though away from God with predictable results. We need to steer it back to God once more.
Communism inevitably sinks under its own weight of stupidity. Karlarx was a fraud, a freeloader and a generally dreadful person. Notice how this gets hidden.
On a Facebook reel, I noticed a post by a young man claiming that only Communism can save us. I replied that I do not take political, economic or financial advice from anyone wearing a septum ring.
Thanks PF….
That’s great advice.. :😊:
