I remember during the ‘16 presidential election there were often mainstream media reporting on fights between anti-Trump/pro-Hillary partisans and the attendees at Trump rallies. The reporters always tut-tutted about how “violence always seemed to surround Trump’s events”, as though it was somehow the fault of both the candidate and his supporters— but none of these eagle-eyed media ‘journalists’ noticed that there were no incidences of Trump supporters rolling up to Hillary’s events and starting fights with her people. Now why might that be?
