6-3

Go here to read the text of the order.  Massive win for the administration.  The District Court Judge, who was a last minute Biden appointee, seems intent on defying the Supreme Court:

Tomorrow I think he will receive a lesson where he stands in the Federal judicial pecking order.  Hint: It ain’t high.

Put it all on the ballot especially since the taxpayers must pay for it all.
Freedom.

The mask is almost fully off when it comes to activist judges.

For a long time the only “law” they’ve followed is “if it’s good for my side, then that’s how I’m going to rule.” But historically they have obfuscated this with a veneer of constitutionality.

More recently this has turned into a posture of “whatever the courts say is law, with the Supreme Court being able to determine law at whim.”

Now that the Supreme Court isn’t going their way, they won’t even take that stance. Expect to see media outlets push the narrative that a district judge should be able to overrule the Supreme Court because the district judge is “on the right side of history.”

There’s no way out of this without activist judges in jail cells.
