He’s neither more nor less intelligent than he was ten years ago and there was no indication then that he was below the British median. That aside, unintelligent people get through life without making clowns out of themselves. He had issues ten years ago, but he was not getting positive feedback for complaining and exposing himself.
All I have to say is that the sex must really be great because I for one could never tolerate a woman like Megan Markle.
Prince Harry has long been one of those “durned if you do, durned if you don’t” kinds of problems. You’d like to sympathize with the guy; his parents weren’t exactly paragons of virtue and his church has been awfully squishy. It’s tough to blame him for being morally bewildered.
On the other hand, his brother grew up in the same household and seems decent.

I can’t decide if Harry has decided to be notorious, …of if he’s simply an idiot.

I suppose he could have remained in military service like Mountbatten, married a quiet girl and lived in relative obscurity like many of the rest of the titled heads. He and the people would have been in a better place.
The Invictus Games and advocacy for returned and wounded soldiers was his creation and gave him credibility and purpose. They’re brilliant. That was when everyone liked Harry and forgave him for his immature choices. There was also patronage of Rugby Union and League. His sister-in-law Kate is now patron to both and there has never kicked or caught a ball. That would hurt him.

His choices have been his choices. He did not need to take the path he did if he turned to Markle at the beginning of their marriage and said “ right, this is how it’s going to be.” But being the weak character he is and feeding into his “tragic” youth narrative, he took the lazy and gullible route due to his own stupidity and weakness. His wife was simply stronger, cunning, calculated and more determined. He does not have the street smarts she does. And that’s not giving her credit, that’s just saying she outwitted him. Now they have kids and he alienated everyone. Where is he going to go?
You know, I’ve just been thinking that…for all I’m not impressed with Harry, …he is a father of two. He’s going to have some tough ‘splainin’ to do in about 8 years as the kids reach their teens and start realizing what grandpa’s “job” means.
He and they are going to need some serious prayers.
They all probably need some now too.
