If it’s determined that Biden’s executive orders and pardons were ‘signed’ using an auto pen, and not by Biden’s own hand, then are they still legally binding? Apparently President Trump has issued a statement declaring that he believes any such signatures render the orders and pardons invalid. If so, chaos…
Just the fact that Trump even said that the pardons are void should give the Biden Crime Family, Fauci, the Jan 6th Committee the willies.

Yes. I doubt if they would get Biden to cooperate and claim that the orders and pardons were done without his approval, in which case they might, note the word might, be a nullity. President Trump claiming that these are now null and void of course binds no court.

The first auto pen is in Thomas Jefferson’s office at Monticello. Not quite the modern auto pen though because he had to be writing to make other pens move.
Speaker Johnson early on questioned Biden on why he had natural gas cancelled when gas is a big industry in Louisiana.
Biden denied that he had ever signed that Executive Order. Denied it twice. Johnson then realized Biden had dementia and the country was in big trouble.
