Donald, I might be too cynical here, and I realize I am slightly off topic, but I don’t believe most of the bishops care about those illegals nearly as much as they care about the Federal money they have been grifting for years to sneak them into unsuspecting communities all over the USA. As I’ve said before and will keep saying, the USCCB is useless and should be dissolved.
Frank is 100% correct. The Episcopate craes not one wit for the plight of illegal immigrants, but only for the money. If it did care, then it would oppose illegal immigration that enslaves the immigrant to sub-standard wages with no legal hope of fairness in pay. As for sexual mutilation of children performed at Catholic hospitals, if their staff doesn’t do such abominable things, then government funding under the Democrats dries up. It’s really all about the money. And His Obesity Cardinal Dolan can pontificate all he wants against JD Vance, he and his kind are still the real problem in the Church. That man needs to fix his own life before he starts reprimanded the Vice President for something that the Vice President is doing right. No sir, I will neither honor nor respect these worthless, useless, hypocritcal clerics who pervert the truth so that they can continue to suckle at the teat of the public treasury.
Catholic Health Association responded. saying “there are certain procedures we do not perform based on our values and faith.” … But when EWTN asked what those procedures were, no reply was offered.
