The dementia that Biden has is progressive in nature, and it clearly is picking up speed. I have seen this sadly with friends and clients over the years. The Democrats are now reaping the bitter fruits of their failure to invoke the 25th Amendment in regard to a President who manifestly cannot carry out the duties of his office.
